Battlefield International Inc. holds an active "Controlled Goods Program" certification from the Canadian government. Our CGP registration allows us to develop and produce fluid power products for military customers. As we enhance our product line through research and development, we have a corporate focus on the challenging hydraulic and pneumatic requirements of the Defense Industry.

Since 2002, we have been actively developing aerospace products including valves, fittings, fueling pumps and other fluid power components. We have been focusing on fuel system development for aircraft. Our quick-connect couplers have been adapted to work well with oxygenated ( hydrocarbon ) based fuels in extreme temperature environments. When aerospace coupler applications require sour fuel tolerant seals at ambient temperatures, the solutions are fairly easily achieved. However, if applications require low temperature function along with sour fuel as the media, engineering solutions become radically more difficult. The seal material best suited for sour fuel media is the worst choice for cold temperature ranges reaching -40°C. We have researched and discovered solutions in these challenging areas with help from our top level engineering contacts at SAE.
